We are close to two months into the COVID-19 pandemic, and while we cannot control much in this crisis, we can take action to help manage the challenges of day-to-day life. That’s why the American Red Cross has developed a free Mental Health First Aid for COVID-19 course that can be taken online in less than one hour.

This group is open to any African American man who has prostate health issues, including prostate cancer, at any stage in their journey. There is no cost for participation. Meetings are via zoom the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6:30.

The Prostate Health Support Group for African American Men will meet via Zoom (by phone, computer, laptop, or iPad) this TUESDAY, April 21st, 2020 at 6:30pm. Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of the month.This group is open to any African American man who has prostate health issues, including prostate cancer, at any stage in their journey. There is no cost for participation.

Matches seniors and others seeking to avoid possible exposure to COVID-19 with a volunteer who can provide a helping hand: groceries, pharmacy or just sign up to check in with a senior by phone on a regular basis. The annual Roger Holland Gospel Music Workshop is coming!
